Installing a Plugin in Berlin Theme

Does anyone know where I should install plugins in the Berlin Theme? It doesn't seem to have a Plugins folder... and when I add one and then put the folder of the plugin that I want to install (the Dropbox plugin) in it, does not appear on my dashboard... am I missing something?

Plugins are not theme-specific, you install them for the whole Omeka site. See the instructions on Installing a plugin
