Does anyone have an update on the progress of Cross-subsite Permissions and Access(Enable sharing of items and other content between different subsites, and/or sitewide “global” content)
that was slated on the Omeka Roadmap to be released in March 2014?
Our roadmap needs to be updated, as we clearly are not at that target. Some early, necessary, design decisions significantly increased the scale of the project. I wouldn't anticipate a release before 2015.
We are hoping it might be ready for the beginning of our university's 4 week spring term, which starts mid-April, because it will be easier for multiple classes to use it with that functionality. Thanks for the update.
