SolrSearch upgrade

Will SolrSearch be upgraded for Omeka 2.0 in the near future?

It should be. We're in the process of upgrading it and checking it out, but I'm not sure at the moment exactly how long it will be. Should be "near future," though. So keep an eye on its Omeka plugins page or the Scholars' Lab blog for announcements.

I've been wondering the same thing.

We wll be usig our DEV server to test out the Omeka 2.0 upgrade anyway, and Solr 2.0. We have a ton of customizations to Omeka and Solr for our site (http://www.floridamemory.com).

I'd be happy to help out testing the new Solr plugin? or anything else you folks might need help with to get the new plugin online.
