I'm working to start a mostly-oral-history project in North Carolina. I'm looking to hire someone to develop or customize an Omeka 2.0 theme.
I don't think I'll need any custom plugin development just now--it should be fairly straightforward--but I would like to talk to someone with Omeka experience about what exactly is needed and to get a ballpark estimate.
The project will relate to education and possibly immigration/English Language Learners in North Carolina. I did something similar in Indiana a few years ago with MediaWiki but I am new to Omeka. http://www.wikimarion.org/Main_Page
