Can you be more specific? I'm not familiar with Re:discovery.
Omeka offers a variety of output formats, http://omeka.org/codex/Output_Formats, for sharing item data. And Omeka has some import tools available as plugins, but the management system needs to have some way to export data. http://omeka.org/add-ons/plugins/
