Hello,
I've recently upgraded my Omeka database to version 2.1.3. My site looks great, but now I am having problems with uploading items to my database. After all of the metadata and image file entry I click "Add Item" I am brought to a page which says "Omeka has encountered an error." I have gone through my hosted server file as well as the administrative portal on the Omeka page but have not been able to figure out this issue. Is there any help that can be provided?

First step might be to follow the instructions about displaying error messages that'll be in the "Omeka encountered an error" page. Or, if you've already done that, could you post the full error message?
My first guess is, if you upgraded from a version earlier that Omeka 2.0, that the new file directory structure might not be in place. If you upgraded from something before Omeka 2.0, double check the new structure for the files/archive in the upgrade instructions.
