How can I download the following plugins to the omeka site?
Pagecaching
Sitenotes
Tagbandit
Blogging

Those plugins have not been updated to work with versions 1.3+, so they are not in the current Add-Ons Directory.

If you wish to take your chances, I can point you to their locations on GitHub or in our old SVN repository.

We never released a blogging plugin.
