In the process of working with omeka at ixdm I made a bookmarklet service. It enables the user to add websites and text from websites via a simple click in the browser.
releasy early and often
The addon is in heavy development but also in practical use already. You can find an early release here on my github repository. Feel free to play with it, comment and feedback.
The next step is a mailreader, that automatically adds items upon mailarrival.
