Dear developers,
I am trying to integrate a ready timeline implementation I downloaded from http://simile-widgets.googlecode.com/files/timeline_local_example_1.0.zip, and I was wondering if there is a post/resource out there describing the integration details?
Once the timeline is successfully integrated, I'll be then able to customise it and add the data I want to be displayed.

You might want to look into the Timeline plugin, which helps you integrate a Simile timeline into Omeka.
There's documentation for the plugin on the Codex.

Thanks for your reply! I checked the sources you pointed to. It seems that the plug-in works.
I created a new "Simple Pages" page for Timeline. Now I am trying to figure out how I could modify the <head> section of that page to link a local stylesheet and a few scripts. I created another post in the forum to get some help on that too.
