i would first appreciate your efforts to fix all appeared issues in omeka-2.0 .
i have one question about omeka error retrieving after i have followed the instructions that should let omeka retrieve the error description, the problem still appeared and omeka can't retrieve the issue that's make the finding of solution is very hard .

Can you be a little more specific about what steps you took to try to see the error, and what the error page looks like?
Is it an "Omeka has encountered an error" page?

first the message that has raised in omeka is the following message:
Omeka has encountered an error

and for the step that i took is the below step:
Open the .htaccess file in the root of your Omeka installation, find the following line, and uncomment it (that is, remove the # sign):
# SetEnv APPLICATION_ENV development
is that enough or not yet.

So, in your .htaccess file, that line is now:
SetEnv APPLICATION_ENV development(without the pound sign)? That should be enough to make that page give you a more detailed error message.
yap i have removed # sign and till now i didn't receive any detailed message.
And making that change didn't alter the error page at all, it's still the same message?
If so, could you share the info from the "System Information" link at the bottom of an admin page (assuming you can get there)?
