I was installing a devbox with Omeka 2.2.2 and did a test upload of small test images but they just wouldn't show up in Omeka. The system never gave an error message. After some more tests, it seems like it doesn't ingest anything smaller than 700 pixels. In the /file dir, it ingests the original but it never creates derivatives. So if anyone else is having this problem, this is the cause.
