Hi. I have Omeka 2.3 installed on a localhost setup Ampps. However, when I try to add new plugins, the “install box” is missing from the dashboard. Has anyone encountered this bug ?

So, information about the plugins (title, etc.) is there on the plugins page, but the button to install is missing?
