I was wondering if anyone could describe how one might construct a classroom lecture with Omeka. Is there a plugin that will allow a user to create a power point like file to be exported, or object created similar to a slide show or powerpoint that can be displayed within the web interface of Omeka?
There is no way to export a power point-like file from Omeka.
You can, however, use the exhibit builder to create something similar to a slideshow by using items from your site and captions/narrative to accompany those items. Then you and your students can follow along during and after class on your Omeka site.
