I thought I read somewhere that Omeka 2.2 had built-in support for HTML 5 so that the HTML 5 plugin is no longer necessary. But I cannot find that again. Is it true that Omeka 2.2 has built-in HTML 5 support? Or should I still use the plugin?

There's no change to the audio/video/media display in Omeka 2.2. If you were using HTML5 Media before, you still should now.
