I am struggling to get the correct URL from dropbox. For example, I am using:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/d9w5asc7idxv5nv/Humors_of_Piano_Selling%20_1894.pdf?dl=0
but CSV importer skips.

I think it's because it's not really a link to the file - it's a link to a webpage where you can view the file. It's like the difference between https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cat#/media/File:AfricanWildCat.jpg (which would not work) and https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/ae/AfricanWildCat.jpg (which would).
If you have a file in your Public dropbox folder and click on it, you get an actual link to the item which should work (it will start with dl.dropboxusercontent not www.dropbox)
