Collection Tree Children Alphabetical

I have upgraded to the most recent Collection Tree plugin, which allows you to choose to order the tree alphabetically, but this only orders the parent collections at the highest level of the tree. Is there a way to also order the children collections alphabetically?

The plugin does order child collections alphabetically. Please explain the behavior you're expecting in more detail and post your un-alphabetized collection tree, so I can see what you're seeing.
