I'm trying out Omeka 1.2 and the theme options, but when I tried to switch to Seasons, this error happened:
ERR (3): The given destination is not writeable
I don't know enough about that part of Omeka to know where to start digging for what the issue might be. At first glance, everything looks like I should have write permissions, but I'll look more closely.

To give themes the ability to upload files, we added a directory in the 'archives' directory called 'theme_uploads'. Sounds like that directory isn't writable. If you change it to make it writable, like with everything else in the archive directory, that error should go away.
We should also make that error message a bit more helpful. :)
