Hi,
We're using Omeka .10.
I have set up several people with admin access specifically so they can add users. When logged in using an account set to the admin role, I can't add users. Superadmin can add users no problem but I don't really want to give them that level of access. Is this correct or is this a bug?
The documentation at http://omeka.org/codex/User_Roles seems to indicate that Admin users can add users but am I misunderstanding this?
