Why when I go to "themes" is directory access forbidden? Help!

We need a bit more information from you if we are going to try and solve this issue.

What version of Omeka are you running?
Did you upgrade or is this a fresh install?
What web browser were you using?
Can you access other admin screens? For instance, can you successfully add items to your archive?
