    Tag-Browse in Exhibit Builder returns duplicates in public and admin views. Here's a public example...

    At first I thought it was my theme mods, but this happens in admin as well.

    Very strange. What's even weirder is that it only does this for some tags. You get a duplicate entry for "Cleveland Lakefront and Waterways" for the tag "teacher-curated" but not for the tag "ccc0809."
