Are you willing to share the link so we can take a look? Does the navigation display properly in other themes?

Yes, I see the navigation in all the other themes that I've played with, but this one.
The navigation information is still there in the code, but the ul and li tags are missing the nav classes.
Have you tried deleting and re-installing Seasons (with a fresh download)? That might fix it.
