Not receiving notification email to site admin from contribute plug-in

    I am receiving the emails from the contributor side of things but don't seem to be getting the notification emails for the site admin that would tell them when someone has uploaded a file.

    This seemed to work with the last release but since upgrading to RC4 it has stopped functioning.
