Forums: No thumbnail displayed

    I have read through previous forum posts regarding imagemagick path and haven't found an answer to my question.
    Imagemacick path is set to: /usr/local/bin/ when tested it "works" however, no thumbnail is displayed. There is a file link, and that works (opens image in a new browser tab). Why no thumbnail or image displayed in the item record?

    Clarification: metadata was created for the thumbnail.jpg - but I can't see the tumbnail.

    erinelizabeth,

    Are there any related image files in your archive/files and archive/thumbnails directories?

    Also, make sure that all of your archive directories and subdirectories are writeable.

    Also, make sure your ImageMagick binary is available by trying to manually execute:

    /usr/local/bin/convert -version
