Using the CSV importer, the following error is returned:
Import Error: Invalid File Download
http://library2.gc.cuny.edu/34th_st/images/34043ac.jpg
The file 'http://library2.gc.cuny.edu/34th_st/images/34043ac.jpg' could not be ingested because its media (MIME) type could not be detected.
The file exists and is accessible via the browser.
Note: library2.gc.cuny.edu is a test server not accessible from outside the firewall.
Tried on our production server and received same error:

Peculiar, unable to find checkbox in general settings described here:
