    I am having trouble getting my new installation of Omeka recognize my install of imageMagick.

    A where convert on my server reports usr/local/bin however this path fails on the Settings test, and also I'm unable to attach an image to an item.

    The images do get uploaded to the "files" directory, but I get an error "Something went wrong with image creation. Please notify an administrator." The image is not attached to the item.

    Non-image items upload and attach correctly.

    My imageMagick install works from the command line.

    An update: I was too hasty in claiming that ImageMagick was working. For some reason, it was not picking up the jpg delagator. After reinstalling that library, and rebuilding ImageMagick, it appears to be working from the item-adding front. However the test on the settings page still fails.

    Thanks for the update. What version of Omeka are running, and what version of ImageMagick is running on your server?

    I am not sure whether I need to open a new thread, but it seems that I am having a similar problem.

    ImageMagick is working (from the settings page). However, when I upload an image, I get the same error message. I checked the archive/files and I found the images have been downloaded, but no image files in the thumbnails/ and fullsize/.

    I am currently using the latest build of omeka (version 1.1) and ImageMagick 6.3.7 .

    I still have an older version of omeka (1.0) installed and everything works perfectly in that instance. All the settings on omeka 1.1 and omeka 1.0 are the same

    So, I am assuming this has something to do with upgrade?
