    Hello,

    I'm interested in learning the easiest and fastest way to migrate a filemaker database. It is important to note that I have images associated with the database—large ones. Is there any documentation on this issue?

    Hi Jamil,

    If you export your filemaker database as a CSV file, you can use the CSVImport plugin to migrate your data as well as files. Have you taken a look at it? Here's the plugin's documentation: http://omeka.org/codex/Plugins/CsvImport

    If you have the files in a folder via a web-accessible directory (or move them to one), then you can map those files to values i your CSV file to automatically ingest the files along with your metadata.

    For those interested in getting images emout of filemakerem. You can do so by creating a script and using the "Export field contents command". It retains original file names.
