I'm looking very seriously at moving from ContentDM to Omeka. I see various posts about a CDM migration tool and CSV importing, but it's hard to decipher what that actual timeline is. It sounds like there's a way to import with CSV's, but I can find that anywhere for the life of me.
Any hint or direction would be greatly appreciated.

You will be happy to hear that next week we will release a new version of Omeka that will support 2 data migration plugins; CSV and OAI-PMH. We at CHNM are testing them and have successfully imported OAI sets of data from the Getty and Library of Congress, and CSV files from Past Perfect installations and other databases. Other users have been testing them too.
If you wait until next week, you can try them out yourself.
