white screen and error in apache error log

Hi,

I just downloaded omeka and installed in on our server.
Installation went well but when I go to the website I get a white screen and the error in apache error log is:

[Fri Mar 28 10:31:38 2014] [error] [client 192.168.6.84] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function head() in /var/www/html/omeka/index.php on line 1

What does this mean ?

solved, problem with directories.

Hi versus,

I have a similar problem with the them "Griddy".
I installed it, and when I use the theme, I get a blank screen with the error:
... PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function settings() in ..www/htdocs/omeka/themes/griddy/common/header.php on line 4

What was the problem with the directories?

If you are using Omeka 2.0 or higher, Griddy will not work with Omeka.
