I'm curious -- how much time have folks spent on customizations, either creating new themes or customizing existing themes for projects? I am trying to put together some budget information for a possible implementation of Omeka, and this is an outstanding unknown. I realize that it'll differ a lot depending on the situation, but I'd love to hear some case studies.
