Is there a reason that the TEIDisplay plugin described in the Codex at http://omeka.org/codex/Plugins/TeiDisplay isn't in the Plugins list at http://omeka.org/plugins? Seems like there are a few others, too, like PageCaching, which are described in the Codex but don't appear in the main list. Are they not approved?

The TEIDisplay plugin was developed by the Scholars' Lab, but it's deprecated now and I believe it does not work with versions 1.4 and above. You can contact the Scholars' Lab and see if they have plans to update it soon.
