I wonder if it is possible to modify the properties of search for Simple Search to find documents containing all specified words, ie, using the AND operator instead of OR, so that only documents containing all keywords are returned.
For example, the search for medieval painting, I will return all documents containing paint, medieval, or both terms, rather than only documents containing both terms.
I can not find where to modify this concept.
