Search Results Incomplete After Upgrade/CSV Import

The search results on my public site only display the items added with my last CSV import. I recently upgraded to Version 2.0.2, so I tried re-indexing, but that does not seem to have corrected the issue. The items are all still there, but they cannot be searched. Thank you for any help you can provide.
