saving an item - error

Hi again, John.

The installation worked and now I am encountering an error message every time I try to save an item. It just says omeka has encountered an error. Everything else seems fine. Thoughts?

Yup, just did and it told me there was an issue with the dropbox plugin, so I just uninstalled it for now and all seems to be working just fine! I will deal with the error later if I need the dropbox plugin.

The most common error from the dropbox is that its "files" folder either doesn't exist or isn't writable by the server.

Anyway, glad to hear you're (finally) up and running.
