Is this happening when you are doing the reordering on the admin side, or whenever you look at a collection or an item?

This occurs on the admin side.
I never get to reorder anything as the error shows before I get that far.

Huh. My first guess what that there are a lot of items in the collection, which was causing a timeout in the database collection.

But, when I look at your site it looks like there are only 2 items, or only 2 public items, in the collection referenced in the error log you sent.

So, my next guesses are 1) if there are a lot of items in collection 2 that are not public, and that's causing the timeout, or 2) there's a conflict with another plugin that's causing problems.

Can you deactivate all the other plugins and see if that fixes it? If so, reactivate the plugins one by one and check to see if the one you just reactivated breaks things. My first guess would be that CollectionTree is the culprit, but that's just speculation based on Collections being involved with both.

There are very few items overall- The site is just a test before we action live on another server.
Tried deactivating plugins as you suggest but I am afraid just the same error.
I will mess around with it a little to see what I can do.
