My new workplace installed an Omeka for a project. I have the admin codes but, in the dashboard, its no «settings» button. I cant configure my Omeka themes for example.

Make sure your work gave you a "Super" level user if you need to be able to edit settings. The lower levels like Admin, Contributor, and Researcher don't have permission to go to the Settings page (and many other pages).
