We are using GuideNgo to publish our exhibit to a native mobile app as a stop code based guide. Does Omeka provide an interface with GuideNgo so I don't have to duplicate my content should I want to use Omeka for archiving?

There's currently nothing to connect Omeka to GuideNGo. A quick glance at their site didn't reveal an API on their end, so I'm not sure how feasible it would be to build something that could do it.
You may want to contact them and ask about data portability. Do they let you import content you've already developed into their application? In what formats can your data/content be exported?
Omeka has different plugins for importing data in different formats such as CSV (plain spreadsheet) and OAI-PMH.
