Featured Collection Title "hiding" on homepage?

I am using the Rhythm and Blues theme within Omeka.net to create a micro-digital library. On the homepage, there is a block for featured collection. The *title* of the featured collection is only visible when the cursor is above the description and below the dotted line below the words "featured collection" - both the description and "featured collection" are visible at all times.

How can I fix this?
