I noticed that I only have three options (file with text, gallery, text) for page layout in Exhibit Builder. However, in the documentation page, there are twelve options. How do I access the other layouts?

In the latest version of Exhibit Builder (3.0), variations on layouts are achieved using the layout options for each of the three primary options. This page outlines how to achieve each of the old layout options:
