I've recently upgraded a test install to Omeka 2.0.4 and installed the latest CSV import plugin.
I removed a few Item Types that I would never use, including Lesson Plan, and created a new Item Type - "Monuments".
When I then try to import a CSV, select the Monuments Item Type, and proceed to the field mapping stage, my Monuments fields aren't in the drop-down. The options are "Local URL, Standards, Objectives, Materials, Lesson Plan Text" etc.
It looks like these are the fields from the Lesson Plan Item Type that I deleted. I've refreshed, logged out, double-checked that I selected "Monuments" at step 1 of the CSV import.
Am I missing something or could this be a bug?
