Themes are stored in the themes folder of your Omeka install. You might want to check out the developer documentation on modifying themes.
Where would I find that at? We are using Reclaim Hosting for the install and I am still new to all of it.
If you look at their documentation relating to Omeka - http://docs.reclaimhosting.com/omeka/uploading-plugins-to-omeka - the themes folder is on the same level as the plugins folder.
