It's probably best to report this problem directly to the author on the plugin's issues page. External plugin authors often don't check the forums and could easily miss a message like this.

I see now that my intent could have been unclear, but I meant to suggest that you post your issue on the Github "issues page" I linked in my previous post, not on the Plugins forum here (that's a perfectly fine place for it, but I think you'll have the same problem of it going unnoticed there).
