I would like browse item in pubic equal that

Do you mean you want the public side to look like the admin side, with a tabular format?

Or, do you want to see the same items on the admin and public sides?

The format of the browse page is controlled by the theme, and you can make the format be whatever you'd prefer. The file that controls the browse page is items/browse.php inside your theme.

As for the items themselves, items flagged as "public" will display on both the admin and public pages.
