Berlin theme not fully responsive

The refreshed Berlin theme which comes with Omeka 2.3 works well on frontpage and browse items page. But on browse collections page, collection tree page and pages created with simple pages, upper part of the page hides behind menu on smaller devices like tablet and mobile phone. Can this be fixed?
