I have created an exhibit and I would like all items to be accessible in a side bar. I have seen this done on the Lincoln at 200 Omeka. Any help would be appreciated.

On the Lincoln at 200 site, they list the names of exhibit pages contained in an exhibit section. Is that what you mean?
If you're trying to display items, that would be something different.
