Omeka 1.2.1
Omeka 1.2.1 fixes a security flaw in the Omeka theme configuration. We recommend that everyone who is using 1.2 upgrade to this version immediately. This applies only to the themes configuration feature that was new in 1.2, so Omeka installations using older versions are not affected. No changes are required for plugins and themes.

Hello,
I have version 1.1 installed. I downloaded the new version 1.2.1 but there are no instructions of any kind explaining how to upgrade. There are no release notes anywhere. I looked at several files such as “db.ini”. If I copy all of these files over top of what I have they will overwrite all of my settings and break my Omeka installation.
What gives? What do I need to copy to where?
PLEASE HELP!!!
Thanks…

Thanks Jeremy!
Just a quick suggestion, a link to the Installation and Upgrade documentation on the “same page” as the software download might make it easier on users who haven’t had their post-lunch caffeine fix… ;-)
Best wishes…

Hi.
I’m working on a simple translation of omeka 1.2. I am interested to know what files were changed to version 1.2.1 and to integrate them.
Thank you.

Can thumbnails be generated from jpeg2000 (jpf) files with 1.2.1?
Thank you.
